F1102 PCA Perforating Tool - Fine Small Circle MkII Perforating/Punch Tool

Same size as the F1037 but this tool has been made as a Perforating/Punch Tool. Ideal for making those circular flower shapes. Like all of our PCA Perforating/Punch Tools, they are easy to use and save you hours of scissor snipping. 

It is recommended for best results for achieving the cutout shape, this tool only be used in conjunction with the new Perforating/Punch templates. They are very easy to use and will create the perfect shape every time. Simply place your vellum over the top of the circle template and perforate to the full depth of the needles. The Circle shape will be punched out. 

If only the perforations are required, only perforate to half the depth of your needles. These tools are basically two tools in one. First perforation gives you your circle shape and the second action gives you the cutout shape. A small very useful template is included with the tool.
